Yoga Physio

Yoga Physio is a Yoga Treatment that I have put together to help people who’s bodies are particularly stiff / painful and not able to practice Yoga at this time. This is really excellent at bringing mobility into someone’s body, bringing freedom of movement and mobility to the joints. Any pain in the body becomes less and less and then goes. In Yoga Physio the person receiving this Yoga treatment has nothing to do except relax as I work on their body. Like my Yoga classes I start off giving gentle work to the muscles and joints. As ones body loosens up and becomes more mobile I increase the range of movements and mobility to joints. 
 

Yoga Physio is an excellent alternative to Yoga classes. 

My classes run from 1-2 hours weekly depending on the selected class chosen at an agreed day and time. 
Classes MUST be booked in advance.

Yoga Therapy 

Yoga Therapy is a Yoga class when someone has specific illnesses, concerns, problems or something particular that they need to deal with and need help with. There are lots of people of all ages suffering with mental health problems, stress, anxiety, depression and trauma to name but a few. Physical health is also a great concern like body pain, stiffness, breathing problems, asthma, digestive issues, constipation and so on.  Yoga Therapy is also great for Long Covid. 

Yoga can help so many things and greatly improve your mental and physical health thus  improving the quality of ones life.
